According to the insurer, the 3 printer’s mistakes were 1 wrongdoing


Law360 (July 8, 2021, 7:58 p.m. EDT) – A unit of travelers told Ninth Circuit that a printer’s mistakes on a box of shampoo were only classified as “wrongdoing” under their policy insurance, not three, urging the appeals court to keep its payment limited to one policyholder.

In its Tuesday brief, Travelers Property Casualty Co. said the errors were clearly related to its policy setting, asking the appeals court to uphold a ruling by U.S. District Judge Michael W. Fitzgerald in October.
