According to the Associated Press, Kelvin Soto Crespo, 20, of Yabucoa, Puerto Rico, was one of four people aboard the approximately 18-foot-long Bayliner runabout that capsized Saturday around 2:15 p.m. off the marina is Chicago.
Two of the men on board were rescued by the Coast Guard after being spotted by a Chicago Fire Department helicopter, the AP reports.
