Young will be based in San Diego, California.

Young’s goal will be to help the team grow revenue by improving retail agent partnerships and carrier relationships, as well as bringing in new brokers to the team and developing new brokers. expanding the range of products.

He has 33 years of experience in the insurance industry, holding leadership positions in both underwriting and marketing. He spent most of his career in the wholesale industry and managing the company’s general agents, but he also spent time as a retail agent and corporate underwriter. . Most recently, he headed Valiant Insurance Services, a wholesale workers’ compensation brokerage firm.
