Savage will focus on customer recovery from a cyber attack and manage the group’s response to a customer’s cyber incident, covering everything from immediate attack response to overnight crisis and media management. His previous experience in the field includes cyber claims management roles at Rockville Risk Management and Hartford Steam Boiler.
